Our company got 5 unit of Laser Welding , 4 Unit made in from German , 1 Unit made in from Italy. At Northern region , only our company got 1 laser welding machine from German.It able to support heavy mold until 1 ton, long shape - 1.5 meter & wide shape - 1 meter. Laser Marking & Laser Engraving machine got 3 units & Argon Welding got 2 units.

Quality Of Material for Laser Welding
We use a lot of the material to do laser welding.Example : 17-4PH , 718, 8407, copper, aluminium, stavax, 440C, 2311 , Nak 80 , stainless steel and etc...We use all the welding material will get the certificate of material quality.

Quality Control
Our company production staff all got the training certificate. After process the product we got QC buyoff the product. Before delivery the product to customer , our company will prepare the COC (certificate of compliance) & outgoing quality inspection report to the customer.Our company got prepare the protocol plan to the new customer.
